Recently stayed at Kempinski in Belek for a relaxing vacation. The hotel was beautiful with attentive staff who spoke multiple languages, including German. The management and GM made us feel incredibly welcome and took personal requests. The food variety and quality were excellent, and we loved dining on the quiet and scenic terrace. The hotel had its own beach and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Can't wait to return!

A great place to relax and play some very good golf courses.

For a Kempinski, the standard of the restaurants was not to my expectations. The food, decor and furniture of each of the none buffet outlets reminder me of being in a cafe.

Decent, quiet accommodation with good amenities & nearby golf club. Friendly, helpful staff. Very tranquil atmosphere. Familiar after a couple of days. Good food, nicely presented.

Comparing the other Kempinski Hotel The Dome, there are short of staff and they are not so professional.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful in everything from the smallest thing to the biggest thing. The cleanliness is impressive, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The location on the Turkish Riviera is stunning, and the hotel's proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The breakfast selection is delicious, and the staff is attentive and friendly.

The A C was not working in my home ,, i called the reception to fix it or change my room and the did not do. the maintance came and said it is normal which was not. i did not sleep in three nights which i spent in the hotel because of this problem. i was planning to spend five days in the hotel but i made early check out and cancelled my plans although my reservation was non refundable also the transportation between the hotel and the city was very poor. actually, i did not like the hotel and i will not do a reservation in this hotel anymore.

We spent a lovely Xmas break at this hotel. We loved the beautiful beaches and the clean rooms. The hotel's location was also perfect for us, as it was close to some key tourist attractions and shopping areas. One more advantage we enjoyed was the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. the food options were limited and not always of the best quality.
